Cashnote

Cashnote is a simple expense notebook for everyday spending, household budgets, renovation projects and work expenses. Start with a local profile without an account, or sign in when you want to sync across devices and share a profile. LOG EXPENSES QUICKLY Add an amount, date, description and category. Edit entries, search your history and see monthly totals, category breakdowns and budgets. You can record expenses without a connection. Signed-in changes sync when you reconnect. KEEP BUDGETS SEPARATE Create separate profiles for home, a project or work. Each has its own expenses, categories, currency and monthly budget. Invite someone to a selected profile and choose whether they can edit or only view it. Other profiles remain separate. RECEIPTS AND EXPORT Attach a photo, scan or PDF to an expense. Export a profile to CSV for a spreadsheet or JSON for a data backup. JSON and CSV exports do not contain the receipt files, so save attachments separately. LOCAL MODE AND ACCOUNTS Local profiles stay on your device. They do not sync, have no automatic cloud backup and do not move automatically into an account when you sign in. Losing your device or removing the app may mean losing local data you have not backed up. Sign in by email, Apple or Google to sync and share. Your account includes 100 MB of receipt storage per owner, shared across the profiles you own. Receipts added by invited members count towards the owner's limit. Accounts with the optional paid Cashnote Plus plan have a 5 GB storage limit. Cashnote records expenses, not income, and is not a full accounting system.
