Janitask Pro

Janitask Pro is a working notebook for a commercial cleaning business. It keeps sites, jobs, supply counts and quotes in one app on your phone. What you can do - Add facility sites and add zones to each site. The site list shows the share of work done per site. - Create cleaning jobs with a priority (Normal, High or Urgent) and a checklist typed one task per line. Mark a job completed or delete it. - Add a short caption note to a job to record what was found or done. Notes are text only; the app does not attach camera images. - Track supplies with unit, quantity, minimum level and unit cost. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust stock, filter to low stock, and mark an item as reordered. - Use the Labor Estimator: enter area in square feet, cleaning type, crew size, visit frequency, hourly rate and supply allowance. The app calculates labor hours, time per crew, monthly hours, labor cost and a subtotal. Results can be saved to a history list. - Look through a service catalog and create, edit and track quotes with a status such as Draft, Sent or Approved. - The Ops screen counts active jobs, pending tasks and low-supply items from the data you have entered. - The Profile area shows company details, team, timeline and contact. Call, email and map buttons open the apps already on your device. Good to know - Records are stored in a local database on your device. The app does not request internet access and has no sign-in. - Sample sites, jobs, supplies and quotes are included at first launch so you can see how screens work. You can edit or delete them. - Estimator output uses default productivity rates for each cleaning type and the numbers you type. Treat it as a planning aid, not a final price.
