Jamys

JAMYS is a workforce attendance and site-management app for cleaning and facility teams. Employees clock in at the work site, prove the job is done with photos, follow their assigned tasks, and handle deliveries — all from their phone. NOTE: JAMYS is provided by your employer. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. If you don't have an account, contact your manager. — ON-SITE CLOCK-IN — • Check in and out at the assigned site • Location check confirms you are on site • Capture an attendance photo at check-in • Works offline: check-ins are queued and sent once you're back online • Your own attendance history, always available — TASKS — • See tasks assigned to you, with priority and due time • Open the site in your maps app for directions • View reference photos attached by the office • Add up to 3 proof-of-work photos per task • Track progress from start to completion — DELIVERIES — • See deliveries assigned to you, with the item list and quantities • Site address and directions • Capture the recipient's signature on screen • Add a proof-of-delivery photo — MESSAGING — • Message the office directly from a task • Send photos along with your message • Everyone on the job stays in the loop — NOTIFICATIONS — • Get notified when a task or delivery is assigned to you • Get notified when the office sends a message — YOUR LANGUAGE — Available in French, English and Portuguese. Dates and notifications follow the language you choose. — LOCATION — JAMYS collects location data to confirm attendance at your work site, including in the background while you are on an active shift. Location is not collected outside an active shift. The app explains this and asks for your consent before requesting permission, and it works if you choose "While using the app". You can turn location access off at any time in your device settings. — YOUR DATA — You can delete your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Attendance and work records are kept by your employer where employment and accounting law requires it, without your name or contact details attached.
