Jakd

Your last workout is the starting point for your next one. Jakd is a workout tracker for lifters who want to log their training, know what to beat and keep showing up. Track your sets in the gym, save your routines and keep your workout history in one place. KNOW WHAT TO BEAT See your last session, previous weights and personal records right where you log. For lifts you've trained before, Jakd suggests your next weight-and-rep target. Apply it with one tap. LOG SETS. KEEP MOVING. Track weight, reps, duration or distance with a focused exercise-by-exercise logger. Mark sets complete, use the rest timer and move to your next exercise. Train in pounds or kilograms. PLAN ONCE. TRAIN AGAIN. Build reusable workout routines or start with a ready-made plan: full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, dumbbells or bodyweight. Keep your exercises and set targets ready for the next session. MAKE THIS WEEK COUNT Choose a weekly training goal and see the days you've trained. Optional workout reminders help you make room for your next session.
