Enter a sale price and Keepcut shows what is left after marketplace fees, payment processing, postage, packaging, VAT and returns, line by line, like a receipt. It is built for resellers, small online shops, handmade sellers and anyone pricing items for marketplaces or their own web store. Everything works offline, with no account and no sign-in. THREE WAYS TO CALCULATE - Price to profit: enter your selling price and costs to see your profit, margin, ROI and how much you keep from every pound the buyer pays. - Target to price: set the profit, margin or ROI you want and Keepcut works out the listing price you need. You can round it to a price ending such as .99 or .95. - Sale to max buy: enter the price you expect to sell at and find the most you can pay for the item and still hit your target. Ideal for sourcing stock at car boots, charity shops, auctions and wholesale. WHOLE LOT CHECK Buying a job lot? Enter the number of units and how many you expect to sell, and Keepcut calculates the maximum lot bid, the maximum per unit and the expected lot profit. YOUR OWN FEE PROFILES Create a fee profile for each platform you sell on, such as eBay, Etsy, Vinted, Amazon, Shopify or your own store. Each profile supports percentage selling fees on the item or the whole order, fixed and listing fees, payment processing fees, promoted listing rates, fee caps and VAT charged on fees. Example templates help you start, and every value is fully editable. Fees change, so Keepcut shows when each profile was last checked and reminds you when it is time to review it. Fee values are never presented as live data. VAT AND TAX SUPPORT Choose whether you are VAT registered, set your rate and say whether your prices include VAT. Keepcut handles VAT on your sales, VAT on platform fees and reclaimable VAT on stock costs. Works with GST or sales tax labels too. RETURNS ALLOWANCE Add an expected return rate, return postage and write-off percentage to build the real cost of returns into your profit and pricing.
