Die neue Version der Makula-App des gemeinnützigen AMD-Netz bietet Unterstützung für Patienten mit (feuchter) altersabhängiger Makuladegeneration (AMD). Die zahlreichen Funktionen bieten einen Rundum-Service für Betroffene und deren Angehörige. Sie können Ihre Termine und Ansprechpartner speichern, Behandlungsergebnisse (Visus, Netzhautdicke) pro Auge im Verlauf dokumentieren und Selbsttests durchführen. Sie erhalten damit Unterstützung für Ihren Augenarztbesuch. Im Wissensbereich lesen Sie alle relevanten Informationen zur Erkrankung, zur Behandlung und zu Hilfsangeboten. Mit unserem neuen Dashboard bleiben Sie rundum die Erkrankung AMD auf dem Laufenden. Neue Forschungsergebnisse oder eine Veranstaltung zum Thema AMD werden Ihnen auf der Startseite angezeigt. Die App ist auch für Patienten mit Makula-Erkrankungen wie Diabetisches Makulaödem (DMÖ), retinaler Venenverschluss (RVV), oder myope choroidale Neovaskularisation (mCNV) geeignet.
