iVForce

iVForce is the work app of Infinite Variable — the team behind iVUniverse. It is where our people check in, log the work that mattered, run their checklists, talk to their team, learn, and see the proof of what they have contributed. If you are not on the team yet, iVForce is also the front door. Apply from the app, verify your email, and follow your application from screening to interview to offer. Every journey with us starts on the Sales team. WHAT YOU GET AS A MEMBER • Today — check in and out, set your focus, and see your day at a glance • Tasks and checklists — what is yours to do, with daily lists that build a streak • Comms — your team feed, kudos, wins, blockers and company broadcasts • Training — short courses with quizzes, assigned by your lead • Contribution score — an honest, explainable score built from your own attendance, work logs and results • Revenue and bookings — the sales you bring in, booked against your mission (display only; nothing is paid through the app) • History and corrections — fix a missed check-out yourself, reviewed by your lead • Leave — request casual, sick or annual leave and follow the decision HONEST BY DESIGN • Your data goes only to our own servers in India.
