InfiniteUp

We all have that one massive goal sitting untouched at the top of our to-do list for months. "Sort out corporate taxes" or "Plan product launch" isn't a single task—it's five tasks in a trench coat. A prettier checklist or a louder notification isn't going to help you start. The tool itself needs to do the heavy lifting. Welcome to InfiniteUp Tasks. Built by a remote four-person team across four countries, we created a productivity platform that finally solves the problem of "the item too big to start." We don't force you to manage a chatbot or write complex prompts. Instead, we use Invisible AI. You dump your raw thoughts, and the system instantly structures a realistic, step-by-step plan in the background. Core Features: -Capture at the Speed of Thought (Multimodal): You don't always have time to type. Hold down the voice button and speak naturally, or snap a photo of a messy whiteboard or a handwritten list. The app instantly parses your input into structured, prioritized digital tasks. -Your Active AI Task Partner: Every task includes a dedicated AI partner. Instead of chatting in a side panel, the AI edits the task live on your screen. If a step is too intimidating, simply tap to break it down into smaller, manageable pieces. -Full Power, Anywhere You Go: Your mobile app is not a watered-down companion app. It offers the exact same full-featured functionality as the desktop web app. Your account syncs seamlessly across iOS, Android, and the Web (tasks.infiniteup.dev) so you can manage your daily feed or your full Kanban board wherever you are. -Frictionless Collaboration: Stop creating entire "workspaces" or "organizations" just to plan a weekend trip or share a single project deliverable. In InfiniteUp Tasks, collaboration happens at the task level. Send an email invite, and the shared task lands directly on your partner's board. -Deterministic Daily View: While AI structures your data behind the scenes, your daily interface relies on rigid, reliable logic. When you look at your day, you get clear facts and firm deadlines, not AI guesses. InfiniteUp Tasks is built for how real people actually work. It understands human intent, eliminates cognitive friction, and turns the things you've been avoiding into step-by-step progress. Bring the one task you’ve been avoiding for months, point it at the mountain, and let the app hand you the steps.
