Clipmaker is a game about an artificial intelligence that makes paperclips. You start with a single button. Make a clip, set its price, buy more wire. Then let machines make the clips for you, earn the trust of your supervisors, and spend it on processors and memory. Research projects, win strategy tournaments, play the stock market. What starts as a small business does not stay one. Every screen is made for touch: one screen for each part of the game on a phone, a dashboard with every part in view on a tablet. • The whole game, start to finish, with more than one ending • Made for phones, and for tablets in portrait or landscape • Saves itself as you play; two save slots; move a game to another device with a save code or file • The clip count in digits, in short form ("584.8 thousand") or in words • Music for each stage of the game, with its own switch and volume • Text up to 200%, and an option to reduce flashing • Rests when you are not touching it, to save battery (you can turn this off) • Plays offline: no ads, no in-app purchases, no account, no internet access, no data collected Clips are made while the game is open.
