iSmile

iSmile is the official app of iSmile Digital & Laser Dentistry in Ras Al Khaimah. Manage your visits and get rewarded every time you visit us, all from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Sign in with your mobile number: no password to remember, just an SMS code. • Request an appointment: choose the branch, doctor, date, and time. Our reception confirms it with you. • See your visits: upcoming and past appointments in one place, updated from the clinic. • Earn points: get 1 point for every AED 5 you pay at the clinic. Your points and their history are always in the app. • Redeem offers: exchange your points for offers and get a code to show at reception. • Refer a friend: share your referral code. When your friend completes their first visit, you both receive 200 points. • Stay informed: receive notifications about your points, appointments and new offers. • Family files: if your family members' files are registered under your number, choose which one you are booking for. • Find us: see our branches, call them or open them in your maps app. • Your profile: update your name, email, and photo. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Profile page. HOW POINTS WORK 1 point for every AED 5 paid. Points are valid for 24 months. Reception adds the points after your payment, and each invoice is counted once. YOUR PRIVACY We only ask for what the app needs. We never sell your data, and we do not show ads.
