Receipt2CSV: Receipt Scanner

Turn receipts into records you can review, search, and export. Receipt2CSV helps with everyday expense organization, bookkeeping preparation, and reimbursement records. Scan or import a receipt, extract its details with cloud AI, then check the result before saving. SCAN AND IMPORT Use the camera, select photos, or import files. PDF import currently reads the first page. A recognition task supports up to 3 pages. Automatic recognition requires an internet connection, an account, and available recognition credits. REVIEW THE DETAILS Check the merchant, date, currency, tax, and total. Edit item names, quantities, unit prices, and line amounts. Missing details and amount differences prompt you to review the result. You can also enter receipts manually or save drafts. ORGANIZE AND LOOK BACK Search by merchant, item, date, amount, or note. Organize receipts with categories and filters, and view spending statistics separately by currency. Retained original scans can be opened and zoomed for comparison. EXPORT USEFUL CSV FILES Choose one row per receipt or one row per item, select a date range, preview, and share. CSV files work with Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets, with comma or semicolon separators. Receipts without items are omitted from line-item exports; choose Receipt summary to include every receipt. FREE CREDITS AND MEMBERSHIPS A lifetime free recognition allowance is available and does not reset monthly. Basic and Pro are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions with different recognition allowances. See the in-app plan page for current allowances and the Google Play purchase screen for local pricing. Active subscription credits are added to your unused free credits, with paid credits used first. Paid credits reset each calendar month in UTC and do not roll over. The quota reset date may differ from the subscription renewal date. After a subscription expires, unused free credits remain available. Each successful recognition task uses 1 credit for up to 3 pages; failed or cancelled tasks return reserved credits. Payment and automatic renewal are handled by Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. DATA AND PRIVACY Saved receipts and images you choose to retain are stored on your device. With your consent, automatic recognition sends selected receipt images to Receipt2CSV, through Tomato, to the DeepSeek API. Information visible in those images is included. Manual entry is available as an alternative. Use the full backup feature to preserve your local records. Recognition can make mistakes. Check results against your original receipts.
