Sales Compliance

Sales Compliance is a mobile application built for sales and distribution teams to streamline compliance auditing, outlet inspections, and field reporting. QR Code & Pack Scanning Quickly identify outlets and products by scanning QR codes using the device camera. If a QR code is unavailable or damaged, pack details can be entered manually — ensuring audits are never blocked by a scanning issue in the field. Compliance Audit Reporting Conduct structured compliance inspections and submit detailed audit reports directly from the app. Auditors can capture photographic evidence, record findings, and submit reports in real time. Passed audits are saved and accessible for review at any time, giving managers a clear picture of compliance across the network. Outlet & Distributor Management View and manage outlet and distributor records from a centralized interface. Each outlet profile includes key contact details and location data, making it easy for field teams to stay organized across large distribution networks. SR Day Summary Track sales representative daily activities including outlet visits, routes completed, and overall field progress. The SR Day Summary gives supervisors and managers visibility into daily field operations without requiring manual check-ins or paperwork. Map & Navigation View outlet locations on an integrated map and get turn-by-turn navigation directions via Google Maps. Field teams can navigate directly to any outlet from within the app, reducing time spent on route planning and improving visit efficiency. Camera & Media Upload Capture images during compliance inspections and upload them as audit evidence directly from the app. Photo documentation is attached to the relevant audit report, creating a reliable and verifiable record of every inspection. Secure & Reliable All data is transmitted to backend servers over encrypted HTTPS connections. Session data is stored securely on device and cleared on logout, keeping organizational data protected even if a device is lost or shared.
