Forge Blitz Intervals

Forge Blitz Intervals is a straightforward HIIT timer built for people who want full control over their training sessions without any fluff. You define the number of rounds, the duration of each work phase, and how long you rest between efforts. The app counts you through each interval with clear visual feedback and haptic vibration cues — no audio files, no distractions, just the session you programmed. Everything runs locally on your device. No account required, no internet connection needed, and nothing leaves your phone. Open it, set your parameters, and train. Features include multiple named color themes so the interface looks right in any lighting, adjustable font size for at-a-glance readability during a session, and toggleable haptic feedback. The timer screen is large and uncluttered so you can check your remaining time from a distance. Whether you are working through tabata-style blocks, EMOM rounds, or a custom protocol you designed yourself, the app handles the timing so you can focus on the effort.
