Full description

Institum is the companion app for students and parents at institutes that run on Institum. Your schedule, attendance, grades, assignments and announcements all live in one place — in English or Arabic. FOR STUDENTS • Schedule — see every class, test and assignment due date on a clear calendar. • Attendance — check in to class by scanning a QR code, and keep an eye on your attendance rate. • Grades & results — view your marks and your final result with a clear pass/fail breakdown that shows exactly which requirements you met. • Assignments — read the brief, submit your work, and see your grade and the model solution once it's released. • Tests — know when and where each test is, and review your scores. • Materials — download your course documents and resources anytime. • Announcements — stay up to date with course and institute news. • Home dashboard — your attendance, next class and pending tasks at a glance. FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS • Link to your child with a simple code. • Follow their schedule, attendance, grades, assignments, tests and results. • Read their announcements and view invoices. • Enroll your child in courses, and for younger children submit assignments on their behalf. Institum keeps students, parents and their institute connected, so nothing slips through the cracks.

What's new

Improvements and fixes: • Enrollment requests are clearer: requests you sent are now waiting for the institute's approval, while invitations from the institute can still be accepted. • If your enrollment in a course is suspended, the course now shows a clear notice and its details only. • The check-in button now stays visible when you return to the home screen. • Smoother layout in Arabic. • The splash screen now shows the app version. • Signing out no longer shows an error message.
