InSoft Up consente di sincronizzare i dati e lavorare in modalità off-line, gestendo le attività in completa mobilità, con le stesse logiche funzionali del software Business; facilita la comunicazione tra le risorse aziendali mettendo a disposizione informazioni sempre aggiornate e pronte all’uso. InSoft Up elimina gli errori di inserimento dati e aumenta le potenzialità individuali, rendendo più attiva e competitiva l’azienda. Moduli disponibili: Consolle Clienti e Articoli Consolle Clienti e Articoli è il modulo base della suite, per avere sempre sotto controllo la situazione dei tuoi clienti. Customer Service Con Customer Service, il tecnico può gestire le chiamate a lui attribuite o visualizzare le chiamate ancora da attribuire che sono state inserite in back-office attraverso Business Cube Il tecnico può prendersi in carico la chiamate, imputare le ore di manodopera o i ricambi necessari nell’intervento e, al termine, generare il rapportino di intervento che può essere inoltrato al cliente. Tutte le chiamate chiuse tramite Customer Service, saranno poi sincronizzate sul database di Cube per essere inglobate nella fatturazione delle chiamate. CRM Con CRM è possibile generare delle offerte intestate al Lead, visualizzare le offerte già inserite tramite InSoft Up e utilizzare lo storico delle offerte per generare nuove offerte in modo semplice e veloce. L’Agente può generare anche delle attività su Lead che saranno poi visibile, dopo la sincronizzazione, nella sua consolle CRM di Business Cube.
