Inniti RMC

Inniti RMC is a secure, geofenced attendance and workforce management app built for companies that need reliable, tamper-proof employee check-in and check-out. Each organization gets its own private workspace, accessed with a unique Company Code — so your team's attendance data stays completely separate from every other company using the app. KEY FEATURES 📍 Geofenced Check-In / Check-Out Employees can only check in or out when they're physically within their company's approved work site radius. No more attendance marked from home or off-site. 📸 Selfie Verification Every check-in and check-out is paired with a live selfie, so there's a clear, verifiable record of who was actually present — no buddy-punching, no proxy attendance. 🔐 Secure, Device-Bound Login Employees sign in with their mobile number or email and a one-time password (OTP). Each account is tied to a single registered device for extra security. If your account is used to sign in on another device, you're automatically signed out of the old one. ⏱ Live Working Hours Timer See your working hours update in real time from the moment you check in, so you always know exactly how long you've been on shift. 🗂 Attendance History Review your complete check-in/check-out history at a glance, with clear daily and summary views. 👤 Profile Management View and update your personal profile details directly from the app. 🏢 Built for Multi-Site, Multi-Company Teams Whether you manage one plant or many locations, Inniti RMC keeps every site's attendance data organized under its own Company Code. WHO IT'S FOR Inniti RMC is designed for field and on-site employees — such as staff at ready-mix concrete plants and similar facility-based operations — where accurate, location-verified attendance is essential. GETTING STARTED 1. Ask your employer for your Company Code. 2. Enter the code, then log in with your mobile number or email. 3. Verify with the OTP sent to you. 4. Check in with your selfie and location when you arrive on site, and check out when you leave. Inniti RMC helps businesses eliminate manual attendance registers and unreliable self-reported hours, replacing them with a fast, accurate, and fraud-resistant digital process — right from your employees' phones.
