InkArtists Tattoo Booking

Find your next tattoo artist — or run your entire booking flow. InkArtists connects clients with tattoo artists and studios, and gives artists one place to manage requests, calendar, messages and deposits. ── FOR CLIENTS ── 🔍 Find artists near you — browse by city or by distance, and see real healed work before you reach out. 🖼️ Tattoo network — search artists, individual tattoos, studios and upcoming conventions, all in one place. Save the ones you like and come back to them. 📝 One clear request — send placement, size, budget and reference photos in a single structured request instead of a long DM thread. 💬 Talk directly — message your artist, agree on the design and the date, and get your appointment confirmed in the app. 💳 Secure deposits — pay your deposit by card, iDEAL, Bancontact and more. A €10 service fee is added at checkout; the artist receives the full deposit. 🎪 Tattoo conventions — see which shows are coming up near you, which artists are going, and mark yourself as attending. ── FOR ARTISTS AND STUDIOS ── Stop losing bookings in your DMs. 📋 Structured requests — placement, size, budget and references, before the first message even lands. 🔗 One link, everywhere — put a single booking link in your Instagram bio or website. Clients request or book directly, on your terms. 📅 Calendar & availability — set open slots, deposits and auto-reminders in one calendar. Reschedule, cancel or complete a booking in a couple of taps. 💬 One inbox — every conversation tagged by status (new, follow-up, booked, offer sent) so nothing slips through. 💰 Keep 100% of deposits — InkArtists takes no commission from artists. Connect Stripe, collect deposits and withdraw your earnings. 🖼️ Portfolio & flash — show healed work and available flash right on your profile. 📍 Cities & guest spots — list your resident city, regular studios and upcoming guest spots so travelling clients can find you. 🔔 Push notifications — new requests, messages and bookings arrive instantly. ── RUN YOUR STUDIO ── 🏪 Studio workspace — manage your studio profile, gallery and working hours from your phone. 📨 Studio request link — one shareable link and custom request forms, with every inquiry in one inbox. 👥 Your team — add the artists working at your studio and post open roles for residents and guest artists. 📊 Studio analytics — see how clients find and engage with your studio. Work as both? Switch between artist and studio workspaces with one tap. ── SAFETY ── Every image uploaded to InkArtists is screened before it appears. You can report any profile, tattoo, studio, event or message, and block anyone you no longer want to hear from. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Free to download. No commission taken from artists.
