Full description

Inhale & Release is a daily practice of weaving together ancient techniques that move and integrate our feelings and experiences. The app includes a robust astrology element to align your practice with the cosmic weather, and extensive information on how those elements apply directly to YOU. The practices include elements of Sanskrit chanting, breathing, yantras, ritual, and visualization. Don’t know what practice is right for you? Join Premium to take the quiz and read which practices suit your unique personality. No experience needed. Open the app, tap Breathe, and begin. WHAT'S INSIDE • Guided sessions for real feelings: fear, anger, grief, restlessness, and more, each paired with a calming sound and point. • A breath pacer and a mala (prayer-bead) counter for 108, 54, or 27 rounds. • A moon and sky calendar, so you can plan your practice with the day's moon. • A private journal to see how you feel across days, weeks, and months. • Circles: invite friends and keep a shared practice together. • Learn: short, plain-language pieces on the ideas behind each practice. • Your chart: add your birth details to see the elements and rhythms that shape your practice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal, birth details, and practice history stay on your device. An account is optional and used only for friends and circles. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising. FOR WELLBEING Inhale & Release is for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. Available in English and Spanish.
