SABCA

SABCA – Contractors United | Andhra Pradesh One App. 20+ Departments. All Contractors. Build. Connect. Resolve. Grow. SABCA is the first-of-its-kind digital platform built exclusively for MSME contractors working across Andhra Pradesh. Whether you execute works for Municipalities, PHED, R&B, Irrigation, Panchayati Raj, or any of the 20+ engineering departments, SABCA brings your entire professional world into one trusted app. For decades, contractors have operated in silos—scattered across districts, dependent on WhatsApp forwards for tender information, and struggling alone with department delays or payment issues. SABCA changes that. We unite thousands of contractors into a single ecosystem that shares knowledge, protects rights, and creates collective strength. KEY FEATURES Knowledge Hub for Contractors Access SOPs, SSR rates, the latest GOs, and technical circulars from all engineering departments in one place. Post your queries on rate analysis, billing, or site issues and get answers from experienced contractors across Andhra Pradesh. No more costly mistakes due to a lack of information. Fearless Grievance Redressal Facing measurement delays, bill hold-ups, or harassment? File grievances directly through SABCA. Track escalation levels, response timelines, and resolution status. Your identity stays protected while the system ensures accountability. Together, we make sure no issue gets buried. Live Tender & Work Alerts Get real-time notifications for tenders from 20+ departments, customized to your class and district. Never miss an opportunity because you didn't check the website in time. Save filters for your preferred departments and work categories. Daily Professional Tools Maintain your work diary and store vendor contacts. Everything you need for day-to-day execution, organized digitally. Welfare & Social Responsibility SABCA is more than work—it's about dignity. Access member welfare schemes, including medical aid, insurance support, and skill upgradation programs. Participate in CSR drives organized through the app. When contractors unite, we uplift the entire community. Department Connect A direct communication channel with engineering departments for circulars, clarifications, and policy updates. Reduce dependency on middlemen. Get authentic information straight from the source. WHY SABCA? Today, a municipal contractor in Vizag doesn't know what an irrigation contractor in Kurnool learned yesterday. A billing doubt in Guntur gets solved by a contractor in Tirupati. That's the power of SABCA. We replace scattered WhatsApp groups with structured knowledge, replace helplessness with collective grievance resolution, and replace isolation with a strong professional identity. BUILT FOR EVERY CONTRACTOR Whether you're a Class-V contractor in a small municipality or a Special Class contractor handling state-level projects, SABCA is designed for you. If you're an MSME registered with any engineering department in Andhra Pradesh, or a GST-registered professional working as a back-to-back contractor, this is your platform. OUR MISSION To ensure every contractor in Andhra Pradesh works with dignity, gets paid on time, stays updated, and grows professionally. By uniting us, SABCA gives contractors the voice and visibility they've always deserved. Join 10,000+ contractors already building a stronger Andhra Pradesh. Download SABCA today—because from grievance to growth, we move together. Note: SABCA is an independent initiative by contractors, for contractors. We are not an official government app, but we work to bridge contractors and departments for smoother execution of public works.
