It ensures compliance with current laws and regulations—such as mandatory working-hour logging—in a secure, simple, fast, and reliable manner, while continuously optimizing your processes. Everything operates in real-time, utilizing multiple technologies and your own A+-certified CheckJC Cloud. CheckJC employs cutting-edge cybersecurity mechanisms, constantly updating and integrating state-of-the-art, innovative technologies in the field. This enables you to stay compliant with legal obligations—such as mandatory employee time tracking (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 of March 8, 2019)—while meeting every requirement set forth by the LOPDGDD, GDPR, and other applicable European and international laws and regulations (including those pending implementation).
