SquidCore — ERP & Finance

SquidCore is the mobile app for the SquidCore ERP. You sign in with an account you already have and work on the same records you see on the web. If you belong to more than one company or organization, you choose which. An account is required and is not created here: "Create an account" opens the sign-up page in your browser. WHAT YOU CAN DO Dashboard. Customers, production orders, services, tax invoices, sales orders and subscriptions over four periods, each opening into a time series with its average and peak. Records. Customers, with their appointment history, subscriptions and store credit. Catalog services, with price, duration, availability, promotions and packages. Products, with price, stock, shipping, options and a variant matrix, and pictures. Collaborators; branches with address, opening hours and table occupancy; payment methods with a fee table per instalment. Calendars. Month, week, day, year and list views. Book, edit and cancel an appointment with its customer, services, assignee, place and reminder; block time; keep several calendars; and complete one, taking payment. Commercial. Sales orders with items and discounts, service orders, and receiving payment. Cash registers: open a session with its float, record cash in and out, receive open orders, and close by counting each payment method. Tax invoices: look one up, refresh its status at SEFAZ, download the DANFE and XML of an authorized note, and cancel with a reason. Issuing is on the web. Production. Create an order, optionally from a template, advance or block its steps, save one as a template, and keep the step catalog and status board. Inventory. Balances by variant and location, stock counts, entries, exits, transfers and reversals. Financial. Accounts payable with supplier and instalments: settle, reverse, cancel. Accounts receivable with aging, for reading: money comes in on the order or at the register. Card receivables, commissions and payouts, cash flow, statements, bank reconciliation, chart of accounts, cost centers, and sales and commission reports. Subscriptions. Plans with prices, benefits and included services; subscriptions with billing period, payment split and first cycle; pause, resume, cancel, with the billing history. Access. Roles built from a permission tree, and users with their organizations. Integrations. WooCommerce, to import a catalog and choose which way it syncs, and Pingo Notify, a third-party WhatsApp messaging provider, paired by QR code. IT WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION, AND SAYS WHEN IT CANNOT Twenty-six kinds of record open from an encrypted copy on the device; the network only refreshes them. Fourteen of those can be created or edited with no connection: they are saved on the device, marked "Waiting to sync", and sent when a connection returns. If a record changed on both sides, you choose which version to keep. Some things are never copied, because a stale copy would be worse than none: cash sessions, stock balances, table occupancy, subscription contracts, connected integrations and the financial movement screens. Offline they say they could not reach the server instead of showing an empty list. An action the server owns waits for it too: opening a register, moving stock, settling a bill, booking or completing an appointment, creating a plan, granting a role. The server decides a free slot, charges the card and grants authority. The copy on the device is an encrypted database, one for each user, company and organization, and signing out deletes it. Modules and permissions come from your SquidCore account: a module your workspace does not have, or your role cannot read, is not in the menu, and an action your role cannot perform is not offered. You can reorder, favourite and group the menu, your first five favourites become launcher shortcuts, and the arrangement is the one you set on the web.
