Inactra

Inactra is the scheduling and invoicing platform built for business owners who manage contractors. Whether you run a small team or coordinate dozens of contractors across multiple projects, Inactra keeps everything organised in one place. SCHEDULE SHIFTS Create and publish shifts in seconds. Set the date, time, location, role, and pay rate. Contractors are notified instantly and can accept or decline from their phone. MANAGE YOUR TEAM Invite contractors via email. See who's available, who's confirmed, and who's working where — all from your home dashboard. TRACK HOURS Contractors clock in and out on their device. Actual hours are recorded automatically, so there's no chasing timesheets at the end of the week. GENERATE INVOICES Turn completed shifts into professional invoices with a single tap. Send them directly to contractors or download for your records. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS Choose the plan that fits your team size: • Starter — up to 5 contractors • Growth — up to 30 contractors • Pro — up to 60 contractors All plans include unlimited shifts and invoices.
