Full description

Imperfect is a training coach for runners, cyclists, and triathletes. It's built for the imperfect ones: athletes with a job, kids, a trip next week, a night of bad sleep here and there, and a goal they still mean to hit. Pros never have to sort out their training alone: someone rebuilds their week every time a cold, a work trip, or a sore calf gets in the way. Imperfect gives you that coach. Tell your coach what you're working toward, whether it's a first 10K, a century ride, or a long-course triathlon, and together you land on a goal that fits you and a plan to get there. A rough week changes the plan and leaves the goal alone, with no guilt and no starting over. And when what you want to do and what your body can do don't match, your coach says so. What that looks like: • Checks the forecast before sending you out on a long ride into a thunderstorm • Reworks your week after you stay up late at a friend's wedding • Tells you how many tacos it takes to hit your protein after a long run • Suggests a power nap at the right time of day when you're running on fumes • Builds your training around your yoga and physical therapy • Makes room for a new baby or a puppy Your plan works with or without a watch. Connect your watch or band and your coach also sees how you slept and what you actually did.

What's new

• A new Profile: choose whether your coach reaches you in the app or in a chat, and see your linked accounts. • Been with us a while? The app and your goal card now take you to your coach. • Open your settled goal while talking, or switch from voice to text. • Your goal's picture now shows where you are, even when you're starting most of it from zero.
