The I-M-O-N Method combines lifestyle patterns, self-reported health information, and wellness indicators to generate individualized guidance across nutrition, activity, and daily routines. Users may also explore optional services such as wellness consultations, lifestyle coaching, and supportive nutrition programs as part of their broader wellness journey. With user consent, data from supported Health Apps can be synced into a consolidated personal health record within IMON, enabling users to view and manage their wellness information in one place. Important Disclaimer • This app does not measure, monitor, or diagnose any health conditions. • All health data can be manually entered by the user without using any external devices. • Optional features allow users to sync data from compatible Bluetooth (BLE) health devices, including Blood Pressure Monitors (for example: OMRON HEM-9210T), Heart Rate Monitors, and Glucometers. • Optional integration with Google Health Connect is available to sync existing health and fitness data, if users enable it. • Core functionality of the app works fully without any external devices.
