Connect your rowing machine via Bluetooth. Create and perform structured workouts. RowerTrain – Training app for rowing machines TESTED AND SUPPORTED EQUIPMENT • Domyos rowers: Woodrower and 900. • Other FTMS-compatible rowers: Merach, Yosuda, Christopeit • Bluetooth heart-rate sensors Note for Domyos 500B users: this rower is not compatible with RowerTrain. AVAILABLE FEATURES • Real-time data: Power, stroke rate/cadence, distance, time, calories, resistance, heart rate • Structured workouts: Some workouts are included by default, but you can add your own—either by duplicating existing sessions or creating new ones. • Resistance control: In structured workouts and in free ride mode, you can enter the rower’s resistance level if your machine supports it. • Bluetooth connectivity: Communication with the rower and the heart-rate monitor (chest strap or even a watch broadcasting HR via Bluetooth) • Local storage: Your training sessions are stored locally on your device. • Strava activity export: You can choose to link the app to Strava. At the end of each workout, the activity is automatically uploaded. If you are not connected, the activity remains stored on your device and you can choose to share the file to use it elsewhere. PRIVACY & SECURITY • No collection of personal data • Local storage only, unless you connect to Strava HOW TO USE 1. Turn on your rower and put on your HR strap (optional) 2. Launch PowerTrain. Enter your FTP in the settings. Connect to Strava if you want. 3. Connect to your device, which should appear in the list. Otherwise click on scan button. Connect to your HR monitor (if not connected directly to the rower). 4. Select a workout and start rowing! 5. (Optional) The session is sent to Strava at the end of the workout 6. Create your own workouts and save them on your device.
