The moment a new matching property goes live, you receive a push notification — so you're always first in line. Agent Property Alerts Subscribe to agent-managed listing alerts filtered by location, price range, property type, and minimum bedrooms/bathrooms. Property Transfer Marketplace Leaving a rental before your lease ends? Post your current property for transfer and let other tenants take it over — or browse available transfers near you. Roommate Hub Post a detailed roommate profile (budget, lifestyle, location, move-in date, amenities, and more) and browse compatible matches. Set smart roommate alerts with radius and gender filters so you're notified the moment a great match appears. Real-Time Chat Message landlords, agents, and roommate candidates directly inside the app — no sharing personal numbers required. ───────────────────────────────────── FOR LANDLORDS ───────────────────────────────────── Manage Your Listings Add, edit, and remove properties with automatic address geocoding or GPS location capture.
