I Hear is the official employee app for the iHear team. It brings your daily work — attendance, field visits, leave, tasks and HR documents — into one place, so you spend less time on paperwork and more time with customers and partners. This app is for iHear employees only. You will need a login issued by your HR or administrator to use it. ATTENDANCE • Check in when your day starts and log out from work when it ends • Your work session is recorded accurately with date, time and location • Review your attendance history at any time FIELD WORK • Add and manage doctor and lead records • Log visits with notes, photos and supporting documents • Track campaigns and keep territory activity up to date TASKS • See tasks assigned to you, with due dates and priority • Add your own tasks and update progress • Get notified the moment something new is assigned LEAVE • Apply for leave in a few taps • Track approval status without chasing anyone • View your leave history and balance HR AND PAYROLL • Download your monthly salary slips • Read HR policies and company announcements • Complete video verification when HR requests it PERFORMANCE • View your KPI figures and targets • See how your numbers are tracking through the month PROFILE • Your designation, branch and employee details in one place • Update your profile photo and change your password securely NOTIFICATIONS • Task assignments, leave approvals and company announcements delivered straight to your phone LOCATION USE I Hear collects location data to record attendance and to verify field visits, including when the app is closed or not in use. While a work session is active, the app records your location periodically and a permanent notification is shown on your device so you always know when this is running. Location is used only for attendance and work reporting. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and is not collected outside an active work session. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings, though attendance features will not work without it.
