iDOJO

iDOJO is the app for athletes, club members, parents and martial arts clubs. Everything happening in your club, in one place: fees, trainings, messages, documents to sign, sign-ups for camps and competitions – plus your results and rankings. ONE ACCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY A parent creates one account and adds their children's profiles. Switch between them with a single tap – each child has their own club, fees, trainings and results. When a child grows up, their profile moves to their own account with its full history. JOIN YOUR CLUB Join with a link or QR code from your club. Once the club confirms your membership, everything it has prepared for you appears in the app. FEES WITHOUT GUESSWORK • current balance and due dates • transfer details ready to use, with the right payment reference • payment history and payment confirmations as PDF • siblings' fees in one place TRAININGS • upcoming sessions of your group • know right away when a training is cancelled or moved • your attendance history MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS Announcements from your club – schedule changes, trips, meetings – arrive straight in the app. A club message, a document to sign, a new fee or a cancelled training: you get a notification on your phone right away. You choose what you want to be told about. DOCUMENTS TO SIGN Sign consents, rules and declarations on your phone screen: read, tick the consents, sign and confirm with a code from your e-mail. No printing, no paper to bring to training. CAMPS, EXAMS, SEMINARS Sign up for club events in moments – with payment and the required documents in one place. COMPETITIONS AND RANKINGS • competition calendar and entries through your club • competition results land in your profile automatically • athlete and club rankings ATHLETE PROFILE • grade, club and club history • results, medals and badges for achievements • a public profile to show your friends – or a private one, if you prefer • profile photo, including a stylised version MEDICAL CHECK AND INSURANCE See when your sports medical certificate and accident insurance expire – the app reminds you before they do. SECURITY AND PRIVACY Data is sent over an encrypted connection. Your club's child-protection standards are available with the club. You can delete your account in the app at any time. The app is free for athletes and parents. Fees, documents, events and messages appear if your club manages them in the iDOJO system.
