A unique feature is the collection of biometric measurement data, which allows incorrect posture and its causes to be identified. Based on these findings, your doctor generates an individual training program. The iDIERS medical device is highly recognized by a large number of health insurance companies. Optionally, the data of your spine measurement can be included in the medical history. For your individual therapy, a pool of over 2000 different training exercises is used, which correspond to the latest training science findings and are explained in detail in video instructions to ensure correct execution. This way you always have your personal training with you. You can constantly work on alleviating your back problems and improving your health in order to lead a pain-free life. The training program consists of self-exercises for which no special aids are required. The iDIERS app should not be used if certain contraindications are present (e.g., fresh vertebral fractures, acute myocardial infarction).
