Include relevant details and supporting photos or files in the reporting workflow. CONNECT REQUESTS TO THE TEAMS THAT MANAGE THEM The mobile app connects staff intake to the broader IDEA Platform. Facilities, IT, and operations teams can route and assign requests, track work status, and maintain comments, files, and work records in IDEA. Platform workflows also support preventive maintenance and asset context, depending on the selected modules and configuration. FIND WORK IN ITS LOCATION In supported configurations, view campus maps and building floor plans, find rooms and equipment, and open mapped work orders to update progress and add comments. SUPPORT YOUR ORGANIZATION'S WORKFLOWS K-12 is a priority use case for IDEA, with facilities and IT requests alongside configured hazard and incident reporting.
