idConnect is the companion app for A3 series Bluetooth earbuds. Pair and manage A3 Pro and A3 Max, check battery level, and tune the earbuds for calls, music, and intercom. CONNECT & MANAGE • Scan, pair, and reconnect over Bluetooth • View battery and firmware information • Unpair or restore factory settings SOUND • Separate volume for phone calls, music, and prompts • Bass, mid, and treble presets, plus a custom equalizer • Auto-answer incoming calls and Chinese/English voice prompts INTERCOM • Bluetooth two-person intercom • MESH group intercom on A3 Pro Max • Optional private room password so only your group can join FIRMWARE • Check for updates and install firmware over the air • Charge the earbuds fully and keep Bluetooth on during the update LANGUAGES Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Korean, and Thai. This app requires compatible A3 series earbuds. Turn on Bluetooth and grant Bluetooth/location permissions when prompted so the app can find nearby devices. Features vary by model; MESH group intercom is available on A3 Max only.
