Optional backup and device-sync features are controlled separately in Settings. BUSINESS MODE Business Mode turns iDET into a cloud-based accounting workspace for business owners, independent professionals, and small teams. • Maintain a professional Chart of Accounts • Record balanced General Ledger entries • Manage customers and vendors • Create invoices and track customer payments • Enter bills and record vendor payments • Track products and services • Review Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging • Generate Profit & Loss statements • Generate Balance Sheets • Review Statements of Cash Flows • Produce Trial Balances and General Ledger reports • Reconcile bank accounts • Export and share professional PDF reports • Track receipts and business mileage • Maintain an audit trail • Invite team members and assign workspace roles • Access business records across supported devices • Keep personal and business information in separate data stores FLEXIBLE ACCESS Personal Lifetime is available as a one-time in-app purchase with no recurring Personal Mode subscription. Business Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription and provides access to Business Cloud features. Purchases can be restored on supported devices using the same store account. Business access also requires an iDET Business Cloud account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. YOUR DATA REMAINS YOURS Checking, restoring, cancelling, or changing a purchase does not delete your financial records. Personal and Business data remain separate, and switching modes never automatically converts or uploads personal records. iDET is designed to support financial organization and recordkeeping.
