Download the iamcomfi Break Reminder App for a Healthy Spine and Back! The app was built around the Pomodoro technique which helps you resist all of those self-interruptions and re-train your brain to focus. Each Pomodoro session is dedicated to a task and each break is a chance to reset and bring your attention to what you should be working on. Set your Pomodoro timer to the desired session length and use specific labels to distinguish between projects and tasks. Don’t let distractions derail you from achieving your goals. Use your breaks to stand up from your desk a little and do some simple but refreshing exercises and stretches that will not only help with staying more focused in your Pomodoro sessions but will lead to a healthier spine and prevent back pain resulting from extended periods of seated work.
