NG Parent

School Transportation Parent keeps you connected to your child's school journey, from the moment they are picked up to the moment they arrive. Built for families whose school district or transportation provider uses the NextGen AI dispatch platform, the app gives you one clear place to see where the bus is, who is driving, and what happens next. FOLLOW THE JOURNEY • See your child's active trip on a live map with the driver's route • Know the exact status at every stage - scheduled, en route, arrived at pickup, on board, arrived at drop-off • View the assigned driver's name, photo, phone number and vehicle ALL YOUR CHILDREN IN ONE PLACE • Every child linked to your account appears together, with photo, grade, student ID and school • Filter any screen to a single child with one tap • When siblings share a bus, their trips are grouped into one journey so you are not reading the same route twice PLAN THE WEEK • Today's trips, tomorrow's, this week's, this month's, or any date you choose • Full trip history, including cancelled trips and the reason • Pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled and estimated times, distance and trip type • Cancel an upcoming trip with a reason, right up until your child boards STAY INFORMED • A notification the moment a trip status changes • A full notification history you can revisit at any time RAISE AND TRACK CONCERNS • Report an issue about a journey, attach a photo, and set its priority • Follow the case through to resolution, with the related trip attached • Review everything you have raised YOUR ACCOUNT • Update your profile and photo, and your children's photos • Change your password at any time • Your session is protected, so your account cannot be used on two devices at once AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED This app is provided through your school or transportation provider. Accounts are created and issued by them, and there is no sign-up in the app. If you do not have credentials, please contact your school's transportation office. The app requests no location permission. The vehicle position shown on the map comes from the transportation provider's dispatch system, never from your device.
