HVAC Design Society

You Didn't Get Into This Business to Be the Low-Bid Guy. You got into HVAC because you're good with your hands, you like solving problems, and you take pride in work that lasts. But somewhere along the way, the industry convinced you that homeowners only choose based on price. That's not true. Contractors who master system design don't compete on price. They compete on expertise. HVAC Design Society is the app built to help you get there. THE PATTERN CHRIS NOTICED After training hundreds of contractors through a Massachusetts utility rebate program, one thing became clear: contractors who mastered system design stopped competing on price. They walked into sales calls with confidence and closed jobs that the low bidder couldn't win. The contractors who didn't develop those skills often stayed stuck working long hours, losing bids, and feeling frustrated that homeowners didn't understand the difference. IS THIS APP FOR YOU? This app is for HVAC professionals who: * Rely on their distributor to size equipment because they are not confident doing it themselves * Bought Wrightsoft or CoolCalc but rarely use them * Have had HVAC designs rejected by the permit office * Know a competitor's design presentation is helping them win higher-value jobs * Want their sales and installation teams working from the same playbook * Want to improve their technical knowledge and system design skills BEYOND THE SALES CALL HVAC Design Society's mission goes beyond individual contractor success. The goal is to accelerate heat pump adoption across New England and help reduce residential carbon emissions, one properly trained and properly equipped contractor at a time. Download the app today. Start the masterclass, join the next webinar, and connect with contractors who are making the shift from simply installing equipment to becoming trusted technical advisors.
