CLTR - Hundia Info Solutions

CLTR is the official internal workforce app of Hundia Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. It brings attendance, leave, HR requests and field-sales activities into one place for our employees. Access is provided by the company — CLTR is not open to the general public and has no public sign-up. FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE • Mark attendance with quick punch in/out and view your history. • Apply for leave, OD, loans and other HR requests, and track their status. • Get company announcements and notifications. • Sign in securely with your device biometrics (handled locally on your device). FOR FIELD & SALES STAFF • Plan your journey (PJP) and submit daily visit reports. • Book secondary-sales orders and manage distributor stock and collections. • Look up your assigned distributor and customer database on the go. • Have your field visits verified automatically through location. ABOUT LOCATION For field and sales users, once you punch in, CLTR records your precise location during your work session — including in the background, so visits are captured even when the app is closed. This lets your managers verify field visits and market coverage during working hours. A persistent notification is shown the whole time tracking is active, tracking begins only after you punch in and accept the on-screen consent, and it stops automatically at the end of the working day. Your location is never used for advertising and is never sold. Accounts are created and managed by your organization. For any data access, correction or deletion request, contact [email protected].
