12 Testers: Closed Test Buddy

Need 12 testers for 14 days to pass Google Play closed testing? Swap tests with other Android developers instead of paying for testers: test their apps, earn credits, and use them to get testers for yours. Personal developer accounts must run a closed test with 12 opted-in testers for 14 days in a row before applying for production access. Finding people who install your app and stay for two full weeks is the hardest part. LaunchReady is a test exchange where developers who need the same thing test each other's apps. No need to beg friends or family. 🚀 HOW THE TEST SWAP WORKS Free to download and free to join. You earn credits by testing other apps and spend them to list yours. 1. Test other developers' apps Browse the feed, opt in to a closed test and try the app properly. Each verified test session earns credits. 2. List your closed test Spend credits to add your app. Other developers opt in through the LaunchReady tester group and your opt-in link, then install and test your app. 3. Need all 14 days covered? Join a cohort Cohorts are the structured route to 12 testers for 14 days (see below). ⏱️ 17-DAY COHORTS WITH A DROPOUT BUFFER Join a cohort of up to 17 developers who test each other's apps every day for 17 days. That gives you more than the 12 testers you need and 3 extra days, so a single dropout doesn't put your closed test at risk. Daily checklists and a day-by-day countdown keep everyone on track. 🛡️ TRUST SCORE Every member has a visible Trust Score. Testing consistently keeps it high; skipping your testing commitments lowers it, and low scores lose access to cohorts. It helps keep cohorts made up of developers who stay for the full test. 📋 PLAY CONSOLE SETUP GUIDE Step-by-step help for adding the LaunchReady tester group to your closed testing track and sharing the right opt-in link, so testers can join without mistakes. 💬 FEEDBACK FROM REAL DEVICES Other developers can leave optional written feedback from a range of Android devices and OS versions before you go to production. ❓ FAQ Is it 12 testers or 20 testers? Google lowered the requirement from 20 testers to 12 testers. Personal developer accounts still need them opted in for 14 days in a row before applying for production access. Always check Play Console for the current rule. Do I have to pay for testers? No. LaunchReady is a tester swap: you test other developers' apps, they test yours. Credits are earned by testing, not bought from testers. 🎯 WHO IS THIS FOR? Solo and indie Android developers on a personal Play Console account, using any framework (Flutter, React Native, Unity or Kotlin), who need testers for a closed test. ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW • Contains ads.
