Hullu Gyms

Hullu Gyms is an all-in-one management platform built for gym owners and staff in Ethiopia — replacing paper logs, spreadsheets, and guesswork with one simple system to run your gym day to day. MEMBER CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Fast, simple check-in at the front desk so your team always knows who's in the gym — no more paper sign-in sheets. MEMBER MANAGEMENT Keep every member's profile, membership plan, payment history, and contact details in one place. Add new members in seconds, renew memberships, and track who's active, expiring soon, or overdue. STAFF MANAGEMENT Add staff accounts with different roles and permission levels — owners, admins, managers, trainers, and receptionists each see only what they need. PAYMENTS & BILLING Record membership payments, track revenue, and keep a clear history of every transaction — no more chasing paper receipts. SMS REMINDERS Automatically notify members when their membership is about to expire, so you retain more members with less manual follow-up. REPORTS & ANALYTICS See attendance trends, revenue reports, and member retention at a glance, so you always know how your gym is performing. EXPENSES & EQUIPMENT TRACKING Keep tabs on gym expenses and equipment in the same place you manage everything else. MEMBER PORTAL Give members their own simple portal to check their membership status — no extra app download required. WORKS EVERYWHERE Use Hullu Gyms from a front-desk tablet, computer, or your phone — your data stays in sync across every device. Built specifically for the way Ethiopian gyms operate, Hullu Gyms helps you spend less time on admin and more time growing your gym. Questions or need help getting started?
