Huddle: Family Organiser

Huddle brings your whole household together in one place: a shared calendar, shared lists, meals, routines and the everyday admin of running a family, without needing five different apps to do it. WHAT'S INSIDE 📅 Shared calendar One calendar the whole household can see, colour-coded by person. Events can span several days, repeat on a schedule, carry reminders, and ask who's coming. Drag across the days to add a holiday in one go, and keep the calendar on your home screen with the Huddle widget. 🛒 Shared lists Shopping, to-dos, packing, gift ideas. Add anything, see who added it, and tick things off together in real time. With Premium the shopping list sorts itself by aisle, so you walk the shop once. 🍽️ Meals Plan breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week from your own saved meals, then send the ingredients to your shopping list. With Premium, a whole week goes in one tap. 🔁 Routines & chores Set up routines for any days of the week, and chores that take turns between people (Premium). Attach rewards and they add up in the allowance ledger, and the Fair share view shows who's been doing what. ✨ Intelligent Digest (Premium) A morning summary that doesn't just list what's happening. It spots clashes, flags gaps, and surfaces what actually needs your attention, with a nudge at the times you choose. 🏠 Who's Home A simple status board people set for themselves. Never location tracking. Set your status by hand, or with Premium describe a usual week like "at work Mon–Fri, 9–5" and Huddle keeps it up to date. 📌 Notice board One place for the announcements and reminders that used to live on the fridge. Pin what matters, and tick off what's done. 📸 Milestones Keep a record of the moments worth remembering, with photos, and see what happened on this day in years gone by (Premium). 💰 Allowance & rewards Track pocket money or points, pay out when it's due, and keep the history. 🔒 The Info Vault An encrypted space for the things a family needs close at hand but shouldn't leave lying about: passport numbers, NHS numbers, policy details, the Wi-Fi password. It's encrypted on your device before it ever reaches our servers, so we can't read it, and neither can anyone else. 🧩 Module marketplace Add the shared calendars your household actually needs, like school term dates and bank holidays, and suggest new ones. 🎨 Make it yours Three looks (Original, Clean and Gold), in light or dark. Arrange your home page, choose what sits in the navigation bar, and switch off any feature you don't use. Huddle becomes exactly what your family needs, not a cluttered app you half-use. 👨‍👩‍👧 Room for everyone Invite family by link, code or email, and give everyone the right role. With Premium, add as many members as you like and run up to three households: a second home, a co-parenting setup, or a parent you help look after. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads. No data resale. No location tracking. Usage statistics are entirely opt-in, and Huddle asks before collecting anything. Your family's schedules, lists and photos stay yours. FREE TO START Every new household gets 14 days of Huddle Premium, no card required. After that, keep the free plan for as long as you like, for up to four people, or subscribe monthly or yearly to keep everything switched on.
