Unscroll helps you notice how long you've been scrolling, so you can decide to stop. Choose the apps you lose time in: social media, video, news, games. Whenever one of them is open, a small see-through timer counts up in the corner of the screen. It never blocks your taps, and it disappears the moment you leave the app. • A gentle nudge at every interval Every 10 minutes (or whatever you choose), the time appears in the middle of the screen with a pulsing ring and a short line to make you pause, so you notice without being locked out. Tap Ignore to carry on. • Pause before you open Turn on Pause for an app and it greets you with a five-second breathing screen first: go back, or open it on purpose. • Bedtime lock Pick your night hours. If you open a tracked app late, Unscroll covers it with a calm "It's late" screen. Close the app, or take five more minutes. • A daily limit for each app Set a daily budget for each app. Once you pass it, the timer turns red and Unscroll lets you know you've crossed it for today. Totals reset every midnight. • Your daily report See today against yesterday, each app's time, and your last seven days, on one simple screen. • Private by design Unscroll has no account, no ads and no internet access. Everything it measures stays on your phone. • Simple One list, one timer, no clutter. Permissions • Usage access: to know which app is open, so only the apps you choose are timed. • Display over other apps: to show the timer, the nudges, and the pause and bedtime screens. • Notifications (optional): to tell you when you pass a daily limit.
