myChat - private chat

myChat is a private messenger built around one idea: your phone number should not be your identity. Instead of giving out your real number to strangers, you connect with a custom PIN — a short, memorable identifier you fully own. Share it on social media, dating apps, business cards, podcasts, livestreams, or anywhere you'd rather not expose your real contact details. When the conversation ends, your phone number stays yours. WHY MYCHAT • PIN-based identity — chat without sharing your phone number • End-to-end encryption powered by the Signal Protocol — only you and the recipient can read your messages • Premium tiers — unlock shorter, rarer, and more memorable PINs (Silver, Golden, Platinum, Diamond) • Become a Private User — hide your account from public search and add biometric app lock • Encrypted local database — every message, contact, and media item on your device is stored with strong on-device encryption • No ads, no trackers, no data sold to advertisers — ever CORE FEATURES • One-to-one private messaging with delivery and read receipts • High-quality voice and video calls over a secure transport • Voice messages, photo, and video sharing • Biometric app lock (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) • Account protection with PIN, OTP, and device verification • Block, report, and request-based contact discovery — you decide who reaches you • Multi-device session protection and remote sign-out • Fast, native performance on both iOS and Android PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY myChat is engineered with privacy at the core, not bolted on as a feature: • Signal Protocol provides forward-secret end-to-end encryption — even if one key is compromised, past and future messages stay safe • Local message database is encrypted at rest on every device using SQLCipher • Cryptographic keys are stored in the OS Keychain (iOS) and Keystore (Android), never in plain memory • Jailbreak / root detection refuses to load sensitive material on tampered devices • No reading, scanning, profiling, or AI training on your messages — full stop • Push notifications carry no message content, only an encrypted wake signal PIN TIERS — OWN A BETTER IDENTITY Every account starts with a free Normal PIN, perfect for casual use. As your reach grows, upgrade to a premium tier for shorter, more memorable PINs: • Silver — clean four to five character PINs • Golden — rare repeating-digit patterns • Platinum — premium short PINs plus the Private User badge and biometric lock • Diamond — the rarest, most exclusive PIN pool Each upgrade is a one-time purchase.
