HouseCall TT brings a doctor or a physical therapist to your home anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago. Request a doctor for an illness, an injury or a check-up, now or at a time you choose. Or book a physical therapist for rehabilitation at home, at a time that suits you. For patients and families • Choose who you need on the first screen: a doctor for medical care, or a physical therapist for recovery. • Request a visit for yourself or for someone you care for. No account is needed. • For a doctor: pick your symptoms, say how bad it feels, and drop a pin on your door so they find you quickly. • For a physical therapist: tell them what you are recovering from, such as a knee or hip replacement, a stroke, back pain or a fall, how you get around now, and what you want to get back to. • See who accepted: their name, profession, photo and verification status. When they set off, you are told they are on the way and when to expect them. • Message your doctor or therapist before the visit, and add allergies, conditions and medicines while you wait. • After a doctor's visit, keep a plain summary of what they found, the advice given and when to follow up. After a therapy session, keep your therapist's assessment, goals, home exercises, progress and the plan for next time. • With an account, your visits, messages and health record stay together, and you can book the same doctor or therapist again. • Patients pay nothing in the app. You agree the fee with your doctor or therapist and pay them directly. For doctors • Go online when you want to work and receive requests near you. • Record vitals, findings and advice at the bedside, and send the patient a plain-language summary. • Manage your schedule, your patients, messages and reviews in one place. For physical therapists • Sign in as a physical therapist. Verification asks for a photo of your licensing card, your government ID and a selfie. No Medical Board number is needed. • Receive scheduled rehabilitation requests with the patient's goals before you arrive. • Record your assessment, treatment, home exercise programme, progress and follow-up plan, and share it with the patient. For both professions • Lifeline safety timer: a check-in timer backed by contacts you choose, who are alerted with your last known location if you cannot check in during a visit. It is not an emergency dispatch service. • Our team reviews credentials and identity before a professional can accept visits. Professional subscription Doctors and physical therapists pay for the HouseCall TT Plan, a monthly subscription of US$15.00 billed through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the current price and terms, and it renews until you cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. The subscription covers use of the platform: going online, receiving requests, messaging and records. It does not pay for the visit itself, and patients are never charged in the app. Safety first HouseCall TT is for non-emergency care. If someone is unconscious, has chest pain, severe bleeding or trouble breathing, call 811 or 990 immediately. HouseCall TT is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Care is provided by independent doctors and physical therapists.
