Hotel Anvelope – Tyre Hotel

Hotel Anvelope keeps track of the tyres you store for your customers, from the moment they come through the workshop door until you hand them back. No notebook, no spreadsheet, no "where did we put Mr Smith's set?". A day with the app In the morning a customer arrives with their summer set. You type the licence plate, the app recognises the customer if they have been before, you pick the season, the condition and the free shelf it suggests. Print the QR label, stick it on the tyres and you are done: under a minute, photos and the customer's on-screen signature included. In autumn the customer comes back. Scan the label or type the plate and you instantly see which shelf the set is on, what storage fee is still due and who received it. Hand it over, take the payment, and the app writes everything into the history. What you get • Fast intake with customer, vehicle, size, season, tread depth and rim details • QR labels for thermal printers or A4 sheets, one at a time or in batches • Scanning inside the app with the phone or tablet camera • Shelves and locations with real capacity, so you always know how many sets still fit • A record for every customer and vehicle, private individuals or companies with a tax number • Storage fees per season, PDF deposit receipts, payment and outstanding-balance tracking • Automatic e-mail reminders when the season change approaches or storage expires • Offline mode: intake and release keep working without signal in the workshop, data syncs afterwards • Colleagues with different roles, an activity log, and a full CSV or Excel export at any time • Import from existing spreadsheets or other apps, so you do not start from scratch Built for the workshop floor Big buttons for dirty hands, the same experience on phone and tablet, and the same data on every device your team uses.
