HoraJusta is the schedule for people who teach: the weekly plan, your students, and what is still unpaid, in one app. Build the plan that repeats, generate the month, and mark each class as done, missed, cancelled, or rescheduled. You immediately see who owes you, who is up to date, and what you have already collected. For private tutors, small schools, and anyone who charges by the hour. HOW IT WORKS • Set your rates: price and length of each class. • Add clients and assign each one a rate. • Build the weekly plan, including group classes. • Generate the month and the calendar fills itself. DAY TO DAY • Today, month, and weekly plan. • Mark a class as completed, missed, cancelled, or rescheduled. • Skip a whole day when there is no class. • A reminder before each class: 15, 30, or 60 minutes. CLIENTS AND PAYMENTS • Balance in rate units: they owe you, they are up to date, or they are in credit. • Each client’s page shows hours, attendance, the next class, and the fixed schedule. • Monthly payments: pending and collected, with search by client. • Business summary: collected, still to collect, and hours for today, this week, and this month.
