HopOff!

Never miss your stop again with HopOff! Tired of oversleeping on the bus or missing your metro station? HopOff! provides smart, location-based alarms designed to wake you up or alert you right before you reach your destination. Specifically optimised for high-speed transit environments like the Delhi Metro, HopOff! uses a unique hybrid monitoring system to ensure reliability where standard reminder apps often fail. Why Choose HopOff!? Unlike basic reminder apps, HopOff! is engineered for the specific challenges of urban commuting: • Hybrid Location Tracking: We combine OS-level geofencing with background distance polling. This ensures precision even at high speeds (60-80 km/h), where traditional geofences might be skipped. • Offline First: Works fully offline after a location is saved. No internet? No problem. All station data and search history is stored locally, allowing the app to function perfectly underground. • Battery Optimised: Our adaptive polling technology intelligently checks your location less often when you're far away and increases frequency as you approach your stop, preserving your battery for the rest of your day. Key Features: • Search & Pin: Find any address using Nominatim-powered search or drop a pin directly on the interactive map. • Customisable Alert Radius: Set your alarm to trigger from 250 m to 1 km away from your destination. • Persistent Alerts: Notifications showing real-time distance to your destination, coupled with custom sounds and haptic feedback, ensure you don’t sleep through your stop. • Quick Save: Save your home, office, or college for one-tap alarm activation. • Clean & Modern UI: A responsive, ad-free experience designed for commuters on the move. • Prioritising Privacy: Your location data is utilised solely to provide accurate alerts throughout your travel. Hopoff does not retain or exploit your personal information. Whether you're a daily commuter, a student, or a tourist exploring the city, HopOff! gives you the peace of mind to relax, read, or nap during your journey. Download HopOff! today and make missing your stop a thing of the past. --- Note: Continuous use of GPS in the background can impact battery life. HopOff! is designed with advanced algorithms to minimise this impact as much as possible.
