Hoodlynk

Hoodlynk is where you find a place to rent — and keep track of the one you already have. Every listing comes from the landlord or the agent managing the building, so what you see is what is actually free: the units still available, the rent each one asks, and photos of the place rather than the brochure. FIND SOMEWHERE • Search the way you'd say it out loud. "2 bedroom apartment with parking under 60k" is a search, not five filters you have to set one at a time. Hoodlynk reads the bedrooms, the price, the area and the amenities out of the sentence and shows you what matches. • Suggestions as you type, so you can jump straight to a building you already know by name. • Filter properly when you want to: property type, unit type, bedrooms, area, rent range, and the things a place must have. • Switch to the map to see where everything actually is, and how far it is from the places that matter to you. • Save the ones worth a second look. They stay saved on your account, not just on this phone. SEE WHAT IS REALLY AVAILABLE A building with six vacant units is six different rents, not one "from" price. Open a property and you get the list: every free unit, what each costs, and the period it is charged for. No guessing which number applies to the flat you actually want. When you are ready, the landlord's phone, WhatsApp and email are on the unit page. You choose how to get in touch. AFTER YOU MOVE IN Hoodlynk does not stop at the search. The unit you rent, when the tenancy started, and its details live in your profile so the paperwork is somewhere other than the bottom of a chat thread. YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR TERMS • Create an account with an email and a phone number. That is all we ask for. • Light, dark, or whatever your phone is set to. Questions, or something broken? [email protected] a person reads it. Privacy policy: https://www.hoodlynk.com/privacy Terms of service: https://www.hoodlynk.com/terms
