Honest-Olt Couriers

Honest-Olt Couriers is the rider app for Honest-Olt, a delivery platform for independent couriers and for riders employed by the shops they deliver for. You need an Honest-Olt courier account to use it. There is no public sign-up in the app: an independent courier applies and is activated after their documents are checked, and a rider employed by a shop is added to that shop's roster by their employer. WHAT IT DOES • Work offers reach your phone. When a shop needs a rider, the offer arrives as a notification — you do not have to keep the app open and watch it. • The fee is on the offer. Every delivery offer shows you the delivery fee before you decide. Once you accept, that fee is fixed for that delivery, apart from a correction of an obvious platform error that we explain to you. • The delivery is offered to everyone based on proximity to pick up. Work goes to whoever takes it first. • Declining costs you nothing. There is no penalty, no reduced pay and no automatic loss of access for passing on an offer. There are no required shifts, no exclusivity and no minimum number of deliveries. You choose whether, when and where to make yourself available. • One delivery at a time. You are not offered another job while you are carrying one. • Honest-Olt takes no commission. We take no percentage of anyone's money, and we never hold it. If you are an independent courier, the delivery fee recorded for your delivery is yours: the shop pays it to you at pickup, or you retain it out of a cash order. If you are employed by a shop, your pay comes from your employer under your employment terms — money you handle on a delivery is never your pay, and this app does not change that. • Location while you are working. While you are online and waiting, your phone reports an approximate position — from masts and wifi, not GPS — so a delivery goes to a rider near the shop. While you are carrying a delivery it reports your precise position, so the shop and the customer can see it coming. One current position either way, never a trail: each report replaces the last. Nothing is reported when you are offline. • Talk to the shop about the order. Messages belong to one order and are deleted 30 days after that order closes. • Close the delivery. Normally the customer reads you four digits. When they cannot — a flat phone, nobody at the door — or when they asked for the order to be left at the door, you close it by photographing the order. Photograph the order or where you left it, never the customer. • Your documents and their renewals. Upload what your route needs, see what was accepted, and get told before something expires. • Independent couriers: a monthly invoice and statement are prepared in your name from your own delivery records. You are the issuer; Honest-Olt is not the supplier, payer or issuer. • Delete your account from the app. Profile > Delete my account removes your name, telephone, email, sign-in and every push token on every phone. The screen counts what the law requires us to keep, and why, before it asks for your final word. Honest-Olt is operated by RBN SPC LTD, Cyprus. Questions about a courier account: [email protected]
