HoldOn: Focus & Meditation

Regain control of your attention. How many times a day do you open Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube without even realizing it? HoldOn helps you break this autopilot mode by inserting a brief mindful pause before opening your most addictive apps. Ideal for a dopamine detox or improving your digital wellbeing. 🧘 HOW IT WORKS? - Select the apps you want to monitor (social media, games...) - When you open them, HoldOn displays a mindful screen for a few seconds - Breathe, return to the present moment - Make a conscious decision: continue to the app or go back to what you were doing ✨ FEATURES - 3 types of mindfulness exercises (breathing, sounds, sensations) - Customizable pause screen - Before/after statistics to track your progress - No ads, no subscriptions 🔒 TOTAL PRIVACY HoldOn uses the Android accessibility service to detect when you open your monitored apps. This service reads exclusively the name of the launched app — nothing else. No data is collected, recorded or shared. Everything stays on your device. 💡 WHY IS IT DIFFERENT? Unlike punishing app blockers, HoldOn uses a gentle, mindfulness-based approach. No guilt-tripping, just an invitation to become aware of your choices again. A highly appreciated method for focus and attention management (ADHD). 🎯 FREEMIUM - Free: 1 monitored app, around 30 mindfulness messages - Premium ($9.99 one-time purchase): unlimited apps, custom messages, snooze mode, all future features Pause. Breathe. Choose.
