Subliminal Flash

Subliminal Flash is a simple visual affirmation tool that lets you create your own text and image flashes and control exactly how they appear on your screen. Create a collection of personal affirmations, select images from your device, and configure how frequently and for how long they appear. When flashing is active, the app can display your chosen content over other apps on your device. ## Create your own flashes • Add custom affirmation text • Select images from your device • Use text, images, or both • Save your content for later use ## Customize the experience Adjust the settings to suit your preferences: • Flash frequency • Flash duration • Transparency • Flash position • Visual style • Text size • Text and background colors • Image display size Choose a centered or randomized position for flashes and preview your text appearance before starting. ## Designed to stay simple Subliminal Flash focuses on straightforward controls without unnecessary complexity. Your saved texts, selected image references, and app settings are stored locally on your device so they are available when you return to the app. ## Your content, your settings Create the messages and choose the images that are meaningful to you. Configure the experience to match your preferred frequency, duration, appearance, and position. Subliminal Flash is based on the idea that repeated exposure to meaningful messages and visual reminders can help keep chosen thoughts, intentions, and habits more present in everyday life. With regular use, users can create personalised affirmations and reminders designed to support their own efforts to develop new patterns of thinking and behaviour. The app is a personal visual reminder and affirmation tool and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. ## Privacy Subliminal Flash does not require an account.
