Hivebrain Mobile

Hivebrain is the field toolkit for security and CCTV engineering teams — built by engineers, for the work that happens on-site. Your company's install guides, wiring diagrams, and commissioning checklists are useless if they're stuck on an office PC. Hivebrain puts your team's full knowledge base, stock, and job tools in your pocket, whether you're up a ladder or in a client's server room with no signal. WHAT'S INSIDE Knowledge Base Search your company's articles, manuals, and software downloads instantly. Every system your team supports — access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, networking — documented and ready when you need it. Van Stock Every engineer gets their own van inventory, separate from head office stock. Add parts on the fly, adjust quantities as you use them, and request restocks — all without a phone call back to the depot. Central Inventory See what's on the shelf before you drive to the warehouse. Reserve parts for a job, or take stock and have it logged automatically. Commissioning Checklists Step-by-step checklists for new installs and troubleshooting, built around the systems you actually work on. Training Onboarding, product training, and certification tracking — assigned to you, tracked automatically, done from a job site if needed. Tasks & Requests See what's assigned to you, raise a request, get notified the moment it's actioned. Built for the Field - Biometric app lock — fingerprint or face unlock, your data stays yours - Push notifications for stock decisions, task updates, and job assignments - Works the way your day actually works — not tied to a desk WHO IT'S FOR Hivebrain is used by security and CCTV installation companies to run their engineering teams — from a two-person outfit to a multi-site operation with dozens of engineers. Every company gets its own private space: your knowledge base, your stock, your team, never shared with anyone else. Sign in with the account your employer has set up for you. Don't have one?
